Project Consultation

During the extensive project consultation a significant proportion of the community engaged with the process including:

  • 1,200 individuals during the Terms of Reference process
  • 1,730 people during the Environmental Assessment process
  • 160,000 people and 90,000 households over the life of the project
  • Representatives of more than 625 local and regional businesses
  • In excess of 300 project site inspections

The detailed community consultation program has formally closed but residents, businesses, local groups and the wider community have been and will continue to be given the opportunity to provide input on the project’s development.
