North Harbour benefits from direct access to the Bruce Highway and Moreton Bay, proximity to the Brisbane Airport and links with Caboolture and Morayfield and is only 45km from the Brisbane CBD, one traffic light from the Brisbane International Airport.
The site, with approximately 9km of direct river frontage along the banks of the Caboolture River, was previously a dairy farm, a cane plantation and most recently a pine plantation.
