Local community

North Harbour neighbours the Caboolture Morayfield community and its rich array of experiences, from the magnificent Moreton Bay and its waterfront lifestyle to its historical villages, museums and arts centres. Today, the Caboolture Morayfield area is a unique destination in south east Queensland and it will continue to evolve as a vibrant community in response to the region’s prime location.

North Harbour is 4.5km east of the Caboolture town centre in a rapidly growing part of South East Queensland. Population forecasts provided by the Moreton Bay Regional Council project a 57.1% increase in the local population over the next 25 years.

The Caboolture Morayfield community provides a vast array of opportunities for growing businesses and families. It is characterised by a mix of waterfront property and natural bushland areas providing a diverse environment for all.

North Harbour will support existing community infrastructure by introducing a range of businesses, residences, retail outlets, restaurants and recreation spaces. It will give the locals and visitors a place where they can shop, dine, relax and enjoy a variety of experiences at this vibrant new destination. This will ultimately strengthen the future prosperity of the Moreton Bay region.

The project will open up the Caboolture River and the northern area of Moreton Bay to locals and visitors providing unprecedented opportunities for people to enjoy arguably the greatest natural asset of the region. The land owner and developer, Northeast Business Park, is committed to rehabilitating and enhancing the natural environment and establishing sustainability values through every aspect of the design, construction, management and operation of the facilities.

From North Harbour, the Caboolture Morayfield community, residents, businesses and visitors have a new springboard to Bribie Island and the Sunshine Coast to the north, Brisbane to the south, and the wider surrounds of the Moreton Bay region.
