Community Reference Group
North Harbour’s Community Reference Group (CRG) facilitates community involvement in the design and rehabilitation of the open space areas in the development.
The open spaces of North Harbour have been designed as an integral part of the local community facilities, informed by the views of community members.
Community members will have opportunities to become a part of the CRG and to participate on a less regular basis in workshops, tree planting days and various community led activities.

The CRG Chair is Andrea Hall-Brown who has a background in medical science and is a qualified barrister at law. For the past ten years she has been a Senior Member of the Veterans’ Review Board. Andrea’s background has given her a strong community focus and she has extensive experience with conflict resolution giving her the perfect tools to Chair the NEBP Community Reference Group.
