Potential tenant discussions in US

Northeast Business Park Chairman Malcolm Hall-Brown and CEO Jeff Smith will travel to the United States this month to undertake negotiations with a major international company to form the first stage of the Northeast Business Park development.

Mr Smith has confirmed high level discussions will take place with a potential tenant in the US.

“The US company is interested in establishing a presence in our mixed industry business area at Morayfield and we will be inspecting their world class facilities,” Mr Smith said.

“We anticipate the company will form the basis of the first stage of the business precinct.”
