Preliminary hearing in court

Lawyers for both Moreton Bay Regional Council and Northeast Business Park will return to the Planning and Environment Court later this month for another day of preliminary hearings.

Legal bills for both sides are mounting, with the dispute over council’s refusal to approve significant elements of project likely to drag well into next year unless a settlement can be reached.
